Following the change of the student library donation from “opt-out” to “opt-in” at the George Washington University, I worked with the GW Libraries and Academic Innovation development and communications teams to campaign students to continue to donate to the library. I leveraged social media, including running our first geofenced Snapchat filter, and created documentation for staff to attach 2,300 flags to chairs, study carrels, outlets, whiteboards, and more.
