In order to meet the George Washington University’s policy for digital accessibility, I managed the GW Libraries and Academic Innovation web team’s agile workflow for remediation, including identifying issues using software and standard accessibility tests, excluding false positive issues, determining priority and complexity, and maintaining the backlog. I collaborated with the web designer and web developer to ensure work progressed according to the sprint cycles and regular updates were released. Additionally, I reported progress to the university’s digital accessibility committee.
